PCSO deputies are seeking the public's help locating 18-year-old Tavares Cotton, who has warrants for his arrest for grand theft auto, grand theft of a firearm, 3 counts of burglary, and armed burglary.
Cotton has been positively identified as one of the suspects seen breaking into cars on March 18, 2019, in the Stoney Creek subdivision off of Ewell Road in Lakeland; he returned to the area on March 21st and stole a white Lincoln Navigator.
Cotton is 5'7" and 115 lbs. A recent mugshot of him can be seen here. If anyone has information on Cotton's whereabouts, they are urged to contact PCSO at 863-577-1600.

These 28 suspects were arrested for possessing illegal gambling machines or gambling. Five are in the country illegally. There are great odds that you will go to jail if you do that here in #Polk County.

On Wednesday, September 3rd, Deputy Carroll performed a traffic stop on a white Cadillac Escalade on Interstate 4 near Davenport.
The driver was identified as 36-year old Joshua Dino Demitro of Davenport.

On Saturday afternoon, August 30th, a speeding blue Volkswagen caught the eye of Deputy Hinson while he was patrolling on Interstate 4 near Polk City.
A check with radar indicated the VW was traveling at 101 mph (in a 70 mph zone).
